Before Reeves Rewired, my path took me through construction and into management roles in education. Working in schools brought me face to face with a lot of my own unresolved stuff from growing up, and it planted a question I couldn't shake: why do men wait so long to deal with what's actually going on in their heads?

The turning point came when I finally dealt with a smoking habit I'd carried for years, one session, and it was gone. That experience showed me firsthand what hypnotherapy can do when the timing and approach are right. It's the reason Reeves Rewired exists.

I qualified with a Level 5 Integrative Hypnotherapy Diploma and a Level 4 Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma, and I built Reeves Rewired specifically around the men I kept meeting who were carrying stress, anxiety, and habits they'd never spoken about out loud ,because there wasn't an easy way in.

That's what this is: a private, straightforward way to actually deal with it, from wherever you are.

No judgement. No waiting rooms. Just a conversation, and a way through.
