You reach out via my Self-Assessment form, WhatsApp, or email for a quick discussion to ensure we're the best fit for each other to achieve your goal and arrange a FREE no obligation consultation.
Arrangements are made for an appointment and the Therapy Contract is signed. Using the client’s preferred communication channel. Whether this is, Google Meet, WhatsApp Video or face-to-face.
Step 2: Personalised Plan
Following your consultation, I design a structured treatment plan based on the specific subconscious patterns driving your concern.
We identify triggers, behavioural loops, emotional associations and reinforcement mechanisms so the work is precise rather than general.
Your goals remain central, but the strategy is built around how your mind has learned the problem and how it can be rewired.
Some interventions, such as smoking cessation, are delivered in a single intensive 120-minute session. Others follow a short, targeted sequence designed for measurable change.
Step 3: Hypnotherapy Sessions
Sessions focus on working directly with subconscious conditioning responsible for emotional responses, habits and behavioural patterns.
Through guided trance work, conditioned reactions are interrupted and replaced with responses aligned to your goals.
Because hypnotherapy works at the level where behaviours are formed, rather than discussed, change can occur more efficiently than approaches based purely on conscious conversation.
Step 4: Continuous Treatment
Treatment continues until agreed behavioural and emotional benchmarks are achieved.
Progress is assessed through measurable shifts in response, consistency of change, and alignment with your long-term objectives.
The aim is not temporary relief, but stable, integrated change.
