To ensure a smooth and professional service, all payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment details are as follows:
Sessions can be paid via e.g., bank transfer, debit/credit card, PayPal.
Full payment is required at least 24 hours before the session to confirm the booking.
Package deals or multiple-session bookings must be paid in full before the first session, unless a payment plan has been arranged.
Any additional costs, such as bespoke recordings or extended session times, will be discussed and agreed upon before invoicing.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in the session being cancelled.
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 1 days minimum notice. The following policies apply:
Cancellations with sufficient notice: If you cancel at least 5 days in advance, you may reschedule or request a refund (if applicable).
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: The full session fee may be retained, unless the space can be filled by another client.
No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be charged in full with no refund or rescheduling option.
In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to offer a fair solution.
While cancellations on our end are rare, there may be occasions where I am unable to conduct a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, technical issues (for remote sessions), or personal emergencies. If this happens:
You will be offered the earliest available reschedule date at no additional cost.
If rescheduling is not suitable, a full refund will be issued for the cancelled session.
For package bookings, the session will simply be moved to a later date without affecting your overall number of sessions.
I will always strive to provide as much notice as possible should a cancellation be necessary.
Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late:
The session will still end at the original time to avoid delaying other clients.
No partial refunds or extended time can be offered for late arrivals.
If you are more than 25 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show and charged in full.
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
If I need to cancel your session and cannot offer a suitable alternative.
If you cancel with sufficient notice (as outlined in 1.2), and a refund has been agreed upon.
Refunds will not be given for:
Completed sessions.
Missed or late sessions.
Dissatisfaction with results – hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, and outcomes depend on individual responsiveness and commitment.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable.
Prepaid sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
