What to Expect
Step 1: Reach Out
You, the client reaches out via our Self-Assessment form, SMS, call, or email for a quick discussion to ensure we're the best fit for each other to achieve your goal and arrange a FREE no obligation consultation.
Arrangements are made for an appointment using the client’s preferred communication channel. Whether this is, Google Meet, Teams, WhatsApp Video, Zoom or face-to-face.
Step 2: Personalised Plan
After a successful consultation, a treatment plan is created either through face-to-face hypnotherapy service or online hypnosis and a tailored unique approach is discussed, with your intentions and goals at the centre, and further bookings are scheduled.
Step 3: Hypnotherapy Sessions
You'll be attending therapy sessions tailored to your needs until your concerns are addressed and goals met satisfactorily.

Step 4: On-going Treatment Until You're Satisfied
Sessions will be on going until you feel that your changes align with your personal preferences for your long-term success. Only you will know when your treatment is complete.
Where Am I?
I am working mostly online as I study, using tools like WhatsApp video calls or Google Meet. Remote sessions can be arranged for weekdays between 20:30 - 21:30.
If you would prefer face-to-face sessions, my clinic space is currently open between 10:00 - 13:00 on Saturdays. This is for pre-booked appointments only.
