As a professional hypnotherapy provider, I am are committed to:

• Conducting all sessions ethically and responsibly, in line with industry best practices.
• Creating a non-judgmental and supportive space for clients.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality, except where disclosure is legally required and consented to by the client.
• Offering honest and realistic expectations about hypnotherapy’s potential benefits.
• Referring clients to medical or mental health professionals if hypnotherapy is not suitable for their condition.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay up to date with best practices.

To ensure a productive and ethical working relationship, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate information about their health, lifestyle, and goals.
• Attend sessions on time and in a suitable state for hypnotherapy (i.e., not under the influence of drugs or alcohol).
• Follow agreed-upon treatment plans and complete any self-hypnosis or exercises as recommended.
• Communicate openly about their experiences, progress, and any concerns.
• Treat the therapist with respect and adhere to appropriate professional boundaries.

To maintain ethical standards:

• Sessions will remain strictly professional, with no personal, romantic, or inappropriate interactions.
• Physical contact will be limited to appropriate therapeutic techniques, if applicable, and only with the client’s consent.
• Clients must respect the therapist’s right to decline treatment if professional boundaries are compromised.
