To ensure a productive and ethical working relationship, clients are expected to:

Provide accurate information about their health, lifestyle, and goals.

Attend sessions on time and in a suitable state for hypnotherapy (i.e., not under the influence of drugs or alcohol).

Follow agreed-upon treatment plans and complete any self-hypnosis or exercises as recommended.

Communicate openly about their experiences, progress, and any concerns.

Treat the therapist with respect and adhere to appropriate professional boundaries.

To maintain ethical standards:

Sessions will remain strictly professional, with no personal, romantic, or inappropriate interactions.

Physical contact will be limited to appropriate therapeutic techniques, if applicable, and only with the client’s consent.

Clients must respect the therapist’s right to decline treatment if professional boundaries are compromised.

All client information will be handled in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.

No details will be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except in cases where legal or safeguarding obligations require disclosure.

Any recording of sessions (audio or video) requires prior agreement from both parties.
